About Mrs. Coggins 

Hi! My name is Jessica Coggins. I am returning to begin my fourteenth year at Summit Drive Elementary. I am excited to continue singing, playing, performing, and examining musical elements with Summit Drive’s Shining Stars. 

I am a North Greenville University alumna. I am primarily a singer, however, I also play the piano and the alto saxophone. 

As a Greenville native, I love to enjoy all the many sites and arts opportunities in our city! You might find me at the GSO or in the park with my family. My husband and I have three beautiful daughters with whom I sing and play everyday! 

My goal as a music teacher is to help students integrate music with their other studies. Music can be helpful when learning math, remembering history, and in builds connections with many other disciplines!
