Wildcat readers are leaders!
This is my my 21st year in education; I taught French at Laurens District 55 High school for 11 years and was the school librarian at Woodruff Elementary in Spartanburg District 4 for three years. I am currently in my seventh year at Sue Cleveland.
My husband, Gordon, and I live in Simpsonville with our thirteen-year-old son and our eleven-year-old daughter. Gordon is the athletic director at Brashier Middle College Charter High School; he is also varsity boys basketball coach, and softball coach.
Reading is my favorite pastime, and I'm passionate about helping kids find books that they will love. I don't think it matters what children read as long as they are reading!
I am a hemorrhagic stroke survivor (8/4/2020); my stroke left me partially paralyzed on the left side of my body. I had to relearn how to walk. I hope your child will learn perseverance from me.
