Welcome back, Fury community! I am your Fury Archery Coach and your JV Volleyball Coach. In addition to these roles, I am ecstatic to be teaching English IV and to be helping our future 2026 graduates prepare for the direction their paths take them!
In addition to teaching English, we are celebrating the growth of our Journalism Pathway. We are working closely with Media Technology and Yearbook to ensure students are able to pursue their passions! Journalism I & II will be offered both semesters.
Tutoring will be offered in the morning during the Academic Success Center (please see below for scheduled times). Afternoons, I will be unavailable during the Fall semester (VBALL/ARCHERY SZN) and Spring semester by appointment only.
Please do not hesitate to reach out! My goal is to create a cohesive learning environment for our students and to teach them in both traditional and INNovative ways.
I am originally from the home of Arnold Palmer and Mister Rogers, outside of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I am a 2013 graduate of Geneva College with a Bachelor of Arts in English and a 2018 graduate of Saint Vincent College with a Master of Science degree in Instructional Design and Technology. I am currently enrolled at the University of South Carolina for my doctorate (EdD).
My husband, Michael, and I reside in the Five Forks area. While being an educator is my passion and purpose in life, I am also passionate about archery, hunting, hockey, traveling the world, and spending time with family.
