Payments
EDP payments are due (at least) a week in advance, on Monday. If school is not in session on a Monday, it is due the next school day present. Payments may also be made weeks or months in advance.
Payments may be cash or check. Payments may be sent in with your student or placed in the EDP drop box in the office lobby. Cash should be put in an envelope, along with your child(ren)’s name(s). Checks should be made payable to Stone Academy. (Write EDP and who the payment is for on the check.) You may be able to set up auto draft with your bank - and the bank will mail the school checks as scheduled. If a check should be returned, the payee will be responsible for paying any Non-Sufficient Fees - and the director may request cash payments going forward.
Late EDP payments will incur a fee of $5 per week. Failure to pay one week in advance will result in probation. Failure to pay after two weeks may result in your child(ren) being withdrawn from the program. Exceptions will be made on a case-by-case situation at the discretion of the EDP Director, Karen Peace.
2:45-6:00pm
EDP begins the first day of school. Children should be picked up in the front lobby of the school between 2:45 and 6:00. Those picked up after 6:00 may incur a $2.00 late fee per minute, per family, up to $20 a day.
EDP is open every day except teacher workdays, school holidays, and half days.
EDP rates vary year-to-year, and are often published by the district during the summer. Current rates may be obtained from the EDP Director.
