Battle of the Books (BOB) Elementary

What is Battle of the Books (BOB)?

BOB is a book trivia competition for 4th & 5th grade students.  Members of Sterling’s BOB team are expected to read all 10 books that are on the designated BOB list .  In the spring we will compete in a regional competition with other teams from our area. The competition is a quiz bowl style contest where 5 team members from 2 different schools go head to head answering trivia questions about the books they have read.  If we win both rounds at our first competition, we get to compete a second night at the district competition. Final dates and location are yet to be determined.
