At Sue Cleveland Elementary, we are a school communitiy dedicated to cultivating enthusiastic and movtivated learners who strive for excellence in a safe, engaging, and challenging enviorment, enabling them to acheieve their personal best far beyond the classroom. We build students ready for life beyond the classroom by providing them opportunities through rigorous academics, self-reflection, and arts integration.
Students in room 1516 are expected to shine bright! We do that by listening and following directions, trying our best, and by remembering that we all make mistakes.
Homework on school nights consists of reading for 20 minutes, practicing spelling words, and practicing addition/subtraction math facts. All work should be completed in a timely manner. Unfinished work may be sent home in your child's blue folder to complete at home. Absent students will recieve the work sent home in their blue folder the day they return to school.
