Activity 1:
Start a daily STEAM journal . Each page should include something to do with STEAM (Science - Technology - Engineering - Art - Math) that week. You may include pictures, drawings, short stories of places visited, experiments, anything STEAM related.
Supplies needed: Any type of paper, pencil, and something to color with will work.
Journals will be shared when we return to school. Good Luck!!!!! Be creative!!!!
Activity 2:
(Scavenger Hunt): Make a list and draw pictures of 5 to 10 items around your home that would be classified as: Science - Technology - Engineering - Art - Math.
FOR EXAMPLE:
Science - new family pet or animal show you've just watched on t. v. or a recipe
Technology - computer games , cell phone, or anything that needs to be charged
Engineering - robot, lego buildings, bridges , something you built/designed
Art - new painting, patterns around the house, a new craft , a picture you painted
Math - - how many coins you have, how many pets you have, anything to do with numbers, how many points from a game you scored
