In the case of a weather event. I will send home your child's Chromebook and charger. I will assign current grade level work through Seesaw for your child to complete at home. You will have 5 days to turn your child's work into me. Please let me know if you do not have wifi. The school may be able to issue you a Hotspot, or I can make a paper packet for your child to complete. I will check Seesaw messages frequently and help you through any issues that may occur.
Beginning in 2020, GCS can declare eLearning days when weather or road conditions threaten safety. This allows instruction to continue remotely, even though students and teachers are not physically present in our schools. Students will have 5 days to complete eLearning work before being marked absent for the day.
