Every child deserves at least one adult that is irrationally crazy about him or her, and in our class there are four (4) such individuals. I am Shaolin Reid Biggs, a teacher of Exceptional Students. This year I have three (3) amazing paraprofessionals, Mrs. Sharon Cochran, Mrs. Ruth Enggasser and Mrs.Beshay collaborating with me for the enhancement of our students growth. Our 3rd-5th self-contained class meets students at their various proficiency level. Each lesson, content, instruction and activity is differentiated based on their needs, skills interest and learning style. It is through education that we can maximize our students' academical, functional, and social development which will help promote growth and independence.
Excellence in education requires the input and dedication of the teacher, student and parents. When one of the 3 fails to participate, the balance is thrown off and maximum results are not met. I therefore, pledge to do my part in assisting our students to maximize their potential and to meet their goals. Let us

Hard working, caring and dedicated are some of the qualities thatI, Shaolin Reid Biggs, possess. I am passionate about helping children, the teaching and learning process and about doing my part in making the world a better place for all to live. I have been teaching for over 11 years and in a few months, I'll be graduating with a Masters of Science in Special Education (yeahhhh). I am always thankful for this amazing opportunity to work with these fantastic students.
My name is Mrs. Cochran. This is my first year with Mrs. Reid Biggs, but I have been working with our exceptional students for several years. I am currently working on my Master's in Special Education. When I am not doing school work (which is almost never) I love spending time watching Georgia Football with my husband, listening to BTS with my daughter, watching videos about keeping ants with my son, or cuddling with my baby Lewis. I am excited to get to work with your babies this year!
Mrs. Beshay
Hello! My name is Sanaa Beshay and I am happy to be working at East North Street Academy. This is my first year at ENSA and it has been wonderful. My passion for teaching started back in 1992 in Egypt. I have two amazing kids who are all grown up. My daughter is also an elementary school teacher and my son is an engineer. Being with students in special settings class provides me with a sense of servitude that is very fulfilling. I am excited to spend this year and the years to come with all of the wonderful students.
I'm so happy to be at East North Street Academy where my children Adam and Rachel were students many years ago! I've been married to my husband, Ed, for 25 years. The other member of our family is Larry, the lop-eared rabbit. I enjoy canoeing, reading, spending time at my church, and especially sewing. I feel privileged to get to work with these lovely children!
