I am originally from Kokomo, Indiana; I attended Indiana Wesleyan University in Marion, Indiana, where I double majored in secondary English education and writing. In August of 2017, I married my husband, Steven, and we have two beautiful little girls.

My husband and I made the move to South Carolina in December of 2017. We have absolutely loved living here and making this community our home. When I am not teaching, I enjoy reading, spending time outside, sipping coffee of all sorts, being creative, baking/trying new foods, and spending time with my family and friends.

This year is my eighth year at Northwest Middle School, and I am so excited for year eight. I am honored and grateful for the opportunity to teach your child.
