About Mrs. Bohon

Hello! My name is Leah Bohon, and I am so excited to be your school counselor this year. After five wonderful years as a high school social studies teacher, I am thrilled to transition into this new role, where I can focus on supporting your children’s emotional and academic growth.

My greatest hope is for every student to feel safe, valued, and understood when they walk into my office. I'm here to help them build the skills they need to be successful both in the classroom and beyond. I earned my undergraduate degree from Clemson University and will be completing my Master of Education in School Counseling from Liberty University this May.

When I’m not at school, you can find me spending time with my husband (a medical student at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine Greenville) and our two toy poodles, Flynn and Pascal—yes, they’re named after characters from the movie Tangled! I also love to crochet and enjoy all the beautiful outdoor spaces our home in Travelers Rest has to offer.
