HOMEWORK
Homework will be given Monday through Thursday and should take about 30-45 minutes to complete. The assignments will usually be in reading, word study, and math. Students should read a book at home daily. There will be a spelling test every Friday and a vocabulary test every other Friday. The spelling and vocabulary lists will be sent home each Monday. Students can use their morning routine to practice spelling words, but are also encouraged to study at home, as needed. Special projects or tasks may also be assigned periodically.
