Locker Room Rules and Procedures
5 minutes will be provided at the beginning and end of class to change into and out of PE uniform and use the restrooms if needed.
Go directly to your locker and unlock it and start changing into your uniform for PE.
If you are having trouble ask a classmate first then talk to Coach you still can not open the locker
Devices may not be used during PE; this includes the Locker Room. Students should not have phones visible. Having a phone out is a non- negotiable and will result with the consequences the school has in place.
Students should not be up around the locker room- unless using the restroom.
No using the restroom stalls to change clothes!
No turning on the showers
No food or drink are allowed in the locker room
No perfume, body spray, hair spray, etc in the locker room area. Stick Deodorant is encouraged.
Tennis shoes, running shoes, real sneakers ONLY for class. No Sperry’s, flats, boots, sandals, crocks, etc.
Your clothing and personal items are to be placed in your locker and locked during class.
PE materials should be placed in your locker and LOCKED before leaving class. It is recommended that you take the PE uniform home at least once a week to wash.
Place trash in the trash cans
Put lost and found items on the table under the white board or turn them in to your Coach.
WALK in the locker room and use a classroom level voice (you are still inside the school building and NOT in activity).
Close all lockers GENTLY! Anyone found defacing or damaging lockers is subject to disciplinary action and will be held responsible
NO ONE is allowed to leave the locker room until dismissed by their Coach.
After dressing into uniform, students will close their lockers and have a seat in front of their locker. Once all students are done dressing out, the class will head to the gym together.
When you enter the gym, go DIRECTLY to YOUR assigned seat and SIT DOWN.
At the end of class students will dress back into school clothes and wait to be dismissed. If dressed out before class is over students will have a seat in front of their lockers like at the beginning of class.
