About Me

Welcome to my website. My name is Sherri Eberly. I grew up in the Berea area. I went to Berea Elementary and Monaview Elementary, Berea Middle, and Berea High Schools. I have an Associates Degree from Greenville Technical College, a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education from the University of South Carolina at Spartanburg, and a Masters in TESOL (Teaching English to Students of Other Languages) from Furman University. This is my 29th year of teaching and I've always been at Berea. 

I was chosen as a Golden Apple Award winner in 2007 and the Teacher of the Year for Berea Elementary School for the 2009-2010 school year.

I got married 11-23-24 to fabulous man, Terry Eberly. We both love working in the yard, enjoying the pool when it's warm weather and going to the beach. We are "ALL IN" Clemson Tiger fans and never miss watching a game. I have one son, Bryce, who will be 26 in Sept., 2 step-sons, Jared and Samuel and their families. We also have 4 grandchildren. My mom passed away 7/14/23, so we spend a lot of time with my dad in my childhood home, just minutes from the school. I also have one brother and his family. 

I love being a teacher and working with students everyday. I'm excited to work with your children with your support. It's going to be a fantastic 2025-2026 school year.
