Hello everyone! My name is Audra McCloy and I am so excited to be starting my teaching career with all of you here at Paris! I graduated from Columbia College in May with my bachelors in early child education and a minor in speech language pathology. I am originally from Columbus, Ohio but grew up in Lexington, South Carolina. I moved to Greenville this summer and am so excited to explore and live in a new city! I am the youngest of 5 kids and have a niece who just turned one this summer. I love to spend time with my family, read a good book, and play with my golden doodle! I can not wait to learn and grow alongside your students this year! It is going to be a great year!

I am so excited to return to Paris for my 14th year of teaching, but my ninth year in second grade! I have taught kindergarten and first grade, as well. I graduated from Coker College in Hartsville, South Carolina in 2012 and completed my Masters in Classroom Leadership from Southern Wesleyan University in 2016. My husband and I live in Taylors with our two boys, Samuel and Abram. Samuel will be in fourth grade and Abram will be in first grade this year :)  We love being outside, visiting our families in Sumter and Walterboro and exploring everything that the area has to offer!

Hi! My name is Veronica Morris, and I am thrilled to be a part of your child's educational journey! This will be my fourth year at Paris Elementary. I began my teaching career at Paris in 2022 as a student teacher in kindergarten. Before becoming an educator, I worked in the legal field for nine years. I am a graduate of Furman University (BA), Converse University (MAT), and I am currently a student at the University of South Carolina pursuing a Master of Library and Information Science degree.

 I was born and raised in Greenville, SC, and I absolutely love exploring our beautiful state! You can often find me at Seabrook Island, Charles Towne Landing, or one of South Carolina's many scenic lakes.  Kayaking, hiking, walking dogs, reading, cheering on the Carolina Panthers, and traveling with my family are my favorite pastimes. 

I am looking forward to a great year of learning!

 Hey! I am so excited to start my 23rd year of teaching at Paris! I have been teaching 2nd grade for 10 years. I previously taught 3rd and 4th grade. I am married, have two kids, and two dogs (Max and Wally). My daughter works at Taylors Elementary and my son just graduated from Wade Hampton.  As a family, we enjoy going to sporting events and exploring new hobbies. I enjoy reading and spending time at the beach.

I'm so excited to return to Paris for my 8th year of teaching! I graduated from University of South Carolina in 2019 and am proud to be a Gamecock! I lived in Washington, D.C. for a year and a half with my husband, but South Carolina has always been home. My sister and I were Paris students, too...I love teaching in the place that built me! My husband and I now live in Taylors with our one year old, Austin, Golden Retriever, cat, and 4 chickens! You'll often find us strolling downtown Greenville or Greer, finding new restaurants to try!
