Supporting a child who is struggling with their mental health can feel overwhelming, and you don’t have to navigate that journey alone. I provide compassionate support and encouragement to students and families, helping teens build confidence, strengthen coping skills, and improve their overall functioning. My work with teens and families is grounded in meeting each person where they are and building genuine, trusting connections.

I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker, Clinical Practice (LISW-CP), with experience treating a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, and substance-use. My approach is strengths-based, empowering students and families to build on what they already do well while developing new skills for navigating life’s challenges. I incorporate a variety of evidence-based interventions, including art therapy techniques, solution-focused strategies, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, and trauma-focused interventions.
