Welcome! My name is Katelyn Huskins and I have my Associate License in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT-A). I am so excited to be serving as the School Mental Health Therapist at Slater-Marietta Elementary! I have served as a School Mental Health Therapist with the Greenville County School District for twelve years. I earned my Bachelors of Arts from Clemson University and my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from Converse University. 

I have experience with treating ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma and related disorders. I have received various trainings including but not limited to trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), art therapy interventions, and play therapy techniques.

I am originally from North Carolina, but I have called South Carolina my home for over twenty-five years. I enjoy traveling, swimming, attending concerts, and reading.

I look forward to serving Slater-Marietta Elementary students, families, and the community this year!
