Classroom Lessons

Our classroom lessons are a blend between Zones of Regulation and QuaverReady! 

In Zones of Regulation (nicknamed ZOR or Zones) our students learn about identifying and understanding our emotions and how to self-regulate. QuaverReady

This year we will be using QuaverReady, this program is a blend of different activities and lesson to help build relationship skills, responsible decision making, self-awareness, social awareness, and self-management.
