Professionally

Graduated from University of Wisconsin Stevens Point in 2005 in Elementary Education and Middle Level Math. Obtained Middle Level Science in South Carolina. Obtained Master in Education with Emphasis in Technology and STEM from Valley City State University in North Dakota in 2016. I have taught middle school math for 11 years and middle school science for 3 years and taught 1 year of Technology. 2020-2021 will be my first year teaching Gateway to Technology using Project Lead the Way curriculum.

Discovery Education - I am involved with Discovery Education at different levels. I was honored by attending their DENSI (Discovery Educator Network Summer Institute) this summer in Utah. There was about 200 educators who attended and I had a chance to collaborate with educators from Egypt, Chile, Canada, United Kingdom and the US.

Personally

I have four children and our daughter Rose recently graduated from UWSP and will be teaching this fall for the third year in Wisconsin. Plus I was able to see Mickey Mouse on my first visit to Epcot center in 2019!
