Shakuntala Chadalavada

My name is Shakuntala Chadalavada. I am a passionate and experienced educator from India, a country rich in cultural diversity. I hold a Master’s degree and have over 18 years of experience as a high school biology teacher in India. Currently, I teach middle school science at Lakeview Middle School in the U.S., a role I began in 2023.

With a strong commitment to student-centered learning, I strive to create inclusive, engaging, and supportive classrooms that nurture curiosity and critical thinking. My deep understanding of diverse cultural backgrounds and multilingual learners allows me to connect meaningfully with students and foster a positive, enriching learning environment. Dedicated to lifelong learning and reflective practice, I continuously seek innovative strategies to meet the unique needs of every learner.
