Alison Taylor 

Hello! My name is Alison Taylor and I am the so excited to be the reading interventionist this year. I love reading but most of all I LOVE teaching children how to become better readers. This will be my 9th year at Mitchell Road.

I live with my husband Marc, two daughters Claire (19), Izzie (17) and two spoiled dogs Max and Maggie. For fun I enjoy watching TV, reading and playing games with my family.

Angela Bohon

Hello! My name is Angela Bohon. I am thrilled to be at MRES this year as an interventionist. My family and I just moved to Greenville county a couple of years ago. I am blessed with four children. My oldest is in medical school and my youngest is in middle school. We love to travel together and spend time outdoors! I am looking forward to a wonderful year of learning together!

Shannon LaCroix 

Hi! My name is Shannon LaCroix and I'm very excited to begin my 2nd year  as an interventionist at MRES! This will be my 15th year in education and I plan on making it the best one yet. I look forward to sharing my love of reading with your children! 

To tell you a little bit about me, my husband and I moved here from Nashville, TN with our two boys, Miles (5) and Jack (2). We added Maya, our German Shepherd puppy, to the family this summer! I am also a HUGE Gamecocks fan! Go Cocks!

Teresa Dickerson 

Hello! My name is Teresa Dickerson and I am excited to begin my third year as an interventionist at Mitchell Road Elementary School. I have 30 plus years teaching experience that includes being a classroom teacher, ESOL teacher, and teaching in the gifted and talented program. I am certified in Elementary Education and ESOL and hold an endorsement in gifted and talented education. I received my undergraduate and graduate degrees through coursework completed at USC Upstate, Converse College, Furman University, and Clemson University.

My husband Andy and I live in Landrum. We see lots of wildlife around our home including deer, turkeys, and black bears! We are the proud parents of Hayden and Lee Anna. They are both graduates of the University of South Carolina. Go Gamecocks! Hayden and his wife Annabelle are expecting their first baby in September. Andy and I are looking forward to being first-time grandparents! Lee Anna is a first grade teacher. We also have a miniature dachshund named Bauer. My hobbies include reading mysteries, working in my flower gardens, working jigsaw puzzles, solving word puzzles like WORDLE and WAFFLE, and trying out new recipes.
