Mrs. Terry

Hi, my name is Mrs. Terry and I have the pleasure of teaching kindergarten here at East North Street Academy where "Knowledge is our Power." I earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree, sum cum laude from Marygrove College in Detroit, Michigan. I am "Highly Qualified" as a certified teacher in Early Childhood Education and Elementary Education based on testing standards for teacher certification.

I am beginning my 19th year teaching kindergarten. I have previously taught Kindergarten in Detroit, Michigan, and Charlotte, North Carolina. I was born and grew up on the beautiful tiny island of Bermuda. I am married to Abe and we have one daughter named Tiffany.

We will have an amazing year together...learning to read, experimenting in science, learning math, learning about the world around us, exploring centers, making new friends, and much more.
