Overview:

I retired from  active duty on 01 November 2015, and currently serving as an Army Instructor at  Woodmont High School. My military career consisted of  21 years of successful honorable military service with over 17 in various leadership positions. I have developed a solid background in team work, leadership, management and delegation. These skills have developed as a Soldier and a leader. These attributes have been tested and proven during several high stress situations in conflicts, emergency, and crisis situations in both the Continental United States and abroad. Possess excellent oral written, inter personal communication skills, and decision making within ethical parameters. Expert in planning, prioritizing, time management,  and projecting 2nd and 3rd order effects of crucial decisions while working in a fast paced setting. My overseas assignments and deployments include Haiti, Bosnia, South Korea, Germany, and Afghanistan.   

Experienced in coaching, teaching and mentoring peers and subordinates in multifaceted assignments.  Proven ability to provide purpose, direction, and motivation to team members, lead and influence cross functional working groups and achieve results in quality. Held a Department of Defense Government issued Top Secret Clearance (SCI)  and Lean Sigma Six Yellow Belt. 

Education & Training:

Attained a Bachelor of Science in General Studies/ Human Environmental Sciences  from the  University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa.
