About Coach Pruitt

Welcome to a new and exciting school year! I am excited about the opportunity to teach your child and look forward to working with you. My name is Ross Pruitt and I am a 8th grade science teacher and Head Baseball Coach at Lakeview. I graduated from the University of South Carolina with my degree in Middle Level Science and Math Education, Go GAMECOCKS! I am a highly qualified teacher, certified to teach both middle level science and math but science is where my passion is and what I love to do. I am also working on my Master's degree in School Leadership at Furman University. I currently live in Belton, SC with my wife, Anna, and our dog Scoop. I love the Greenville area and I look forward to working in this wonderful community and having the opportunity to interact with you and your child.
