My name is Amanda Rapp. This is my second year teaching RTI at Mauldin Elementary. I have been at home with my kids for the last 6 years. Before that, I was a literacy specialist in Greenville County Schools. I love helping all children become better readers. I hold an Early Childhood Education degree from Presbyterian College and a Master's degree in Literacy from Furman University, as well as certification in teaching reading K-12 and highly qualified status. I am a certified Reading Teacher & Reading Coach. I am currently pursuing my PhD in Higher Education Administration at Liberty University. 

My husband's name is Harrison, and we have 3 kids: identical twin boys and another boy. We also have a chocolate lab named Anchor and a labradoodle named Buoy! On the weekends, we love to camp,  enjoy the lake, and cheer for the Gamecocks! My favorite things to do are reading good books, finding new coffee shops, and riding my Peloton.
