- A $40 non-refundable fee per family is required for enrollment.
- Fees must be PREPAID weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
- Please turn in payments Tuesday - Friday by 5:00pm. You may send payments with your child in the communication folder or pay online with My School Bucks.
- Chronic late payments will result in dismissal from the program.
- Please inform the director ASAP if you have a problem with payments.
- Program hours are 2:30 - 6:00pm on school days only. The program is closed on school holidays and workdays. The program is also closed for Spring Fling.
- Chronic late pick-ups will result in dismissal from the program. We do understand if emergencies happen. Please call and notify the staff at 355-7662 or leave a message at 355-7630.
- Authorized adults must come into the school to sign out children. Only designated adults may transport children. Parents must send a signed authorization with a daytime phone number if they wish adults other than those designated to pick up their children.
- Inappropriate student behavior will not be tolerated. Chronic/serious misbehavior will be recorded on a district disciplinary referral form and sent to the school principal if the director, student, and parent cannot successfully correct the problem. Three referrals may result in the child being removed from the after-school program.
