Gretchen Fox - 6th Grade
I am so excited for this school year! This is my 11th year here at Fisher Middle and my 14th year as a school counselor. I am from Asheville, North Carolina. I completed my undergraduate degree at the University of Florida, and I completed my graduate degree at the University of South Florida. I have two awesome children and enjoy sewing, cooking, reading, camping, hiking, kayaking, and traveling.
Reggie Patterson - 7th grade
Hey, Firebirds! This is my 10th year as a school counselor and am excited to be back for my 2nd year here at Fisher. I earned my undergraduate degree from the College of Charleston and then worked in Athletic Multimedia at CofC for a few years before going to graduate school at Clemson University. In addition to being a school counselor, I also coach sub-varsity basketball for one of the high schools in Greenville County. Outside of school, I love watching sports (especially basketball), reading, and going to the movies.
Colleen Dambman - 8th grade
As a school counselor with over 18 years of experience, I'm a USC Gamecock in a sea of Clemson Tigers, but deep down, I'm a TCU Horned Frog at heart. When I'm not guiding students, I'm chasing after my two boys, getting lost in a good book, or whipping up something sweet in the kitchen. I'm excited to embark on this adventure together - one laugh, encouraging word, and goal achievement at a time!
Jen Branning - School Counselor/504 Coordinator
Hi, everyone! I am excited to be joining the Fisher Middle School family for the 2026-27 school year as a school counselor! This will be my 4th year as a school counselor. Before being a counselor, I taught middle school math and science (but definitely preferred math!). My entire career in education nas been in middle school and I wouldn't have it any other way! Outside of school, I enjoy traveling, reading, and spending time with my friends, family, and dogs. I look forward to getting to know and supporting our students, families, and staff throughout the year!
