About Me

I am originally from the Atlanta, Georgia area but have lived in Memphis, Tennessee and Washington D.C. as well. I am happily married to my life partner, Alyson. We have two beautiful children (Brooklyn & Parker) and a dog named Sanford.

Right after college, I went and worked as a special education teacher in Memphis, TN for three years before moving to Washington D.C. where I also taught special education. At my school in Washington D.C., I was also the Special Education Coordinator for four years and the Director of School Logistics for one year. I am currently in my fourth year as a Reading and Math Interventionist at Alexander!
