Dear Parents,

Greenville High Youth in Government will be participating in The YMCA Model Legislature Conference the week of November 15-18 .We will leave directly after school on Wednesday and return on Saturday around 2:00. The total cost of the trip is $495..00, which includes all fees for attending the conference ,bus fee for a charter bus, and a banquet on Friday evening. Your student will have to have extra money for meals on Wednesday evening, all day Thursday, breakfast and lunch on Friday, and breakfast on Saturday. This is a school sponsored field so the absents will be excused and all school disciplinary codes are enforced . The payments are broken up into specific dates. PLEASE MAKE CHECKS PAYABLE TO GREENVILLE HIGH AND PUT YOUR STUDENTS NAME IN THE MEMO LINE.

The dates for payment are strictly enforced and failure to meet deadlines may result in failure to attend the conference. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR ANY REASON.

$165 Club Dues (YIG fees , Club Dues (GHS) ,Bus,

Full payment of $495 plus ($5 for T-shirt) can be turned in at this time.

September 27th

Bills Due on Google Drive

October 4th

2nd Payment $165 Conference Fees (scholarship recipients do not pay Conference Fee)

October 25th

$165 Hotel Fee

Total: $495

Total for scholarship recipients: $330

ALL CHECKS SHOULD BE MADE OUT TO GHS WITH YOUR CHILDS NAME AND YIG 2016 IN THE SUBJECT LINE.

Note: These are total fees for the YMCA Youth in Government program (435.00). schools fees for transportation or other costs ($60.00)

These deadline are firm. If you do not pay you will risk losing your spot on the trip.

No refunds will be given.
