Personal Information
Hello, my name is Jan Johnson. This will be my twenty-seventh year teaching at League. My first year I taught Special Education and for the last 26 years I have taught Physical Education. I am a graduate from Lander University, where I earned a B.S. degree in Physical Education. After I graduated I worked in the health field for two years. I later received my teacher certification from the University of South Carolina Upstate. My wife, Larkin and I have a daughter named Alexandra(Alex), she lives in Seattle Washington and works for the Seattle Mariners in their social media department. We have a 17 year old son named Nate who will be a senior Wade Hampton High this year, and we also have an 15 year old son named Graham, who will be in 10th grade this year here at Wade Hampton High. My two sons enjoy playing baseball, golf, and swimming. I enjoy all sports and love to be on a golf course as often as I can.
