About Me

Hi there! My name is Olivia Kennelly, and I am SO excited to be your child’s teacher! I have spent the last 8 years at Ellen Woodside - 5 years in first grade and 3 years in third grade. I love working with kids, building relationships, and helping every child reach his or her full potential. Parent-teacher communication is very important in this process, and I will do my best to keep you informed with what is happening in the classroom. Please know I welcome parent involvement and am always willing to answer questions and provide support for your child and family however I can. I'm looking forward to partnering with you to help your child have a wonderful and successful year in third grade!

Here's a little bit about me...

I grew up in Georgia, but fell in love with the Upstate after attending Clemson University. I graduated in 2017 with a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education and moved to Greenville shortly after. I completed my Masters of Education in Literacy in May of 2021 from Clemson as well. Go Tigers!

I recently got married in March of 2025 to my husband, Connor. We live near downtown Greenville with our sweet pup, Reese! In my free time I love to read, cook, spend time with my friends and family, and go on walks with Reesey Cup on the Swamp Rabbit Trail. Some of my favorite people and places are pictured below!
