How To Make a Referral:
Any staff member at your child's school (with permission from parent/guardian) can refer a student to the RBHS program for mental health services.Â
Parent/guardian(s) can also directly refer their student to the RBHS program for mental health services.Â

If not completed online, please email Mrs. Mendez at smendez@greenville.k12.sc.us requesting a Word Doc Format for whichever school you are requesting RBHS services from for the child.
Intake Process
Parent or guardian will need to attend the initial appointment and sign necessary consents so that your student can begin therapy services.
The appointment will take place at your child's elementary school.
Prepare for the appointment to last between 90 to 120 minutes on average.
If your student has Medicaid, please bring a copy of the Medicaid card or email in advance to smendez@greenville.k12.sc.usÂ
If your student does not have Medicaid, the services can be provided at no cost.Â
