Nicholson - Science

Welcome to 7th grade science! This is my 17th year in teaching, and the third continent where I have taught! I have taught in North Carolina, Morocco, South Korea, and here in Greenville County. I got my undergrad from UNC-G, my Master's degree from NC State, and my doctorate from USC. My husband and I have one son, Levi, who is 3 years old, one dog, and two cats. When I am not teaching, I enjoy having hosting game nights and traveling to new places. You can see below the map of places that I have already visited. I still really want to visit the Scandinavian region of Europe, Japan, and India.

Food: Pad Thai, Chicken Vindaloo, Spaghetti

Snack Foods: Ice Pops, Brownies, Cheetos

Drinks: Diet Mt. Dew, Fresca

Animal: Llamas (I have a slight obsession with llamas!)

TV Show: Friends, The Big Bang Theory, Parks and Recreation

Movie: RED, Miss Congeniality

Fun Facts About Me

I am conversationally fluent in Romanian (although its been a long time, so I am pretty rusty these days).

I hate anything with mayonnaise in it.

I love all animals except for bees.

I am an avid word game player, and Scrabble is my favorite game.

I collect nostalgia from the late 90s/early 2000s.

I can say the alphabet backwards.
