About Me

I graduated from Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor's Degree in Middle Level Math and Science. I graduated and was given a job offer in South Carolina. I took the chance and move up here to teach. I have been here ever since. I have taught 8th grade Science, Algebra I, and Math 8.

I received a Master's degree from Capella University in Curriculum and Instruction P-12 grades. I have taught in Pickens County and Anderson Districts 2 and 5.

Fun Facts:

• I enjoy traveling, camping, hiking, swimming, fishing, and reading

• I have 3 dogs and 2 cats.

• I have lived in 4 different states; I have traveled to about 28 states. I would like to visit all 50 states.

• I am currently in Graduate school working on my Doctrate.
