I have been teaching for 19 years (9 at Walhalla High School, 1 at NEXT High School, 3 at Liberty High School, and 6 at Carolina High School). I am originally from New York, but moved to South Carolina to attend Clemson University. I have earned a Bachelors in Arts Degree from Clemson University in Mathematical Sciences and Secondary Education, a Masters Degree from Southern Wesleyan University in Education, and a Doctorate in Education from University of Phoenix.Â
I am lucky to be married to my beautiful wife, Afton. We are blessed have two incredible daughters, Presslie (10), and Finley (7). We have a young dog, Dolly, who keeps us on our toes. We love to travel and follow Clemson Football.
I have a passion for teaching mathematics and hope to share that passion with my students. I believe building relationships is imperative to developing successful students, and I hope to continue that tradition at this year!
