About Me

     Thanks for taking time to visit my site!!  I am entering my 31th year in education and am proud to say the last 28 years have been right here at Berea High School.
      Since becoming a Bulldog in 1997, I have been a teacher, coach, administrative assistant, and now an assistant principal.  I was raised in Leivasy, WV but moved to Mauldin, SC when I was 16 years old.  I graduated from Mauldin High School and then went on to play basketball and softball at Erskine College. After obtaining my bachelor's degree in Physical Education, I taught for 3 years at Fairfield Central High School in Winnsboro, SC. In 2004, I completed my master's degree from Furman University in leadership and administration.  

     My responsibilities for the 2024-25 school year include junior discipline, parking passes, Career Ready Testing, Special Education, PE/ROTC, and World Languages.
