Hello! My name is Laura Wallace and I am looking forward to a great school year as your US History and AP Macroeconomics teacher. I am also a homebound teacher and co-advisor of National Honor Society. This is my third year at Eastside and I am honored to be an Eagle!

I was born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina. I came to Upstate South Carolina for college and liked it so much that I decided to stay! I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Anderson University with a double major in History and Secondary Social Studies Education along with minors in Spanish and Latin American Studies. Go Trojans!

In my free time, I enjoy reading, writing, tennis, dancing, board games, and playing the piano. On the weekends, you can usually find me at church, going for a walk or coffee with friends, working on my current cross stitch project, or browsing a thrift store.
