Hello! My name is Laura Wallace and I am looking forward to a great school year as your US History and AP Macroeconomics teacher. This is my second year at Eastside and I am honored to be an Eagle!

I was born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina. I came to Upstate South Carolina for college and liked it so much that I decided to stay! I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Anderson University with a double major in History and Secondary Social Studies Education along with minors in Spanish and Latin American Studies. Go Trojans!

During my free time, I enjoy reading, dancing, playing tennis, and baking. On the weekends, you can usually find me at a coffee shop, exploring a thrift or antique shop, and/or spending time with family and friends.
