About Ms. Wait

I'm so happy you're here! 

Welcome! My name is Megan Wait and I am so excited to teach your child this school year. It's going to be a wonderful year of learning and fun. 

I graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2021 with a bachelors in Elementary Education. I’ve taught both fifth and third grade. I've always had a passion for children and knew I'd teach elementary school for as long as I can remember! 

I recently got engaged to my now-fiance, Corey! We will be getting married next fall. In my free time, I love reading, cooking, playing with our pets, and doing anything outdoors. We have a cat (Leo) and a dog (Sarge).

I can't wait to get to know your child! It's going to be a great year.
