Welcome to 5th Grade! I am Ms. Vanech and I am looking forward to be your reading, writing, and grammar teacher for this school year. My class will be transitioning with Mr. West's class for mathematics, science, and social studies . I graduated from Furman University with my Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education in 2023. In the summer of 2024, I graduated with my Master's degree and certification in Special Education with a focus on students with learning disabilities. I grew up in Maryland, California, and Pennsylvania but I love calling South Carolina "home". I can’t wait to have an amazing year with you!

¡Bienvenidos al 5.º grado! Soy la Sra. Vanech y estoy emocionada de ser su maestra de lectura, escritura y gramática para este año escolar. Mi clase estará en transición con la clase del Sr. West para matemáticas, ciencias y estudios sociales. Me gradué de la Universidad de Furman con mi licenciatura en Educación Primaria en 2023. En el verano de 2024, me gradué con mi maestría y certificación en Educación Especial con un enfoque en estudiantes con discapacidades de aprendizaje. Crecí en Maryland, California y Pennsylvania, pero me encanta llamar a Carolina del Sur "hogar". ¡No puedo esperar para tener un año increíble con ustedes!
