About Miss Taylor

Hi! My name is Barrett Taylor. This is my fifth year teaching. I taught fifth grade for three years, and this is my second year in second grade. 

I’d like to tell you a bit about myself. I grew up in the Greenville community and went to Sara Collins Elementary and Beck Academy. I graduated from J.L. Mann High School and then continued my education by obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and a Masters of Arts Degree in Early Childhood Education from Furman University. 

I adore my two younger sisters. This year, Stella will be a Junior at Furman University, and Clayton will be a sophomore at Clemson University. I also have a thirteen-year-old Maltipoo named Sara! I enjoy gardening, taking Sara on walks, cooking new recipes, and reading many books!
