Expectations

Every day I expect that students:

* Have a positive attitude

* Respect one another, me, WHHS, their surroundings, and themselves

* Respect cultural differences

* Act with integrity

* Bring materials to class: 3 ring notebook (recommended), paper & something to

write with (required)

* Complete homework when assigned

* Cooperate with cell phone, Chromebook, and other technology policies

* Pay attention and participate in all class and online activities

* Speak in Spanish (attempt Spanish pronunciation, accept corrections if needed & try again)

* Ask for help when needed/be their own advocates

* Prepare for IPAs (tests and quizzes--all announced)

* Check the class calendar and complete assignments when absent

Every day students and parents may expect that I:

* Respect all students, administration, faculty and staff, Wade Hampton High School, my surroundings, and myself

* Act with integrity

* Prepare appropriate lessons and assessments based on state standards

* Provide feedback, return graded papers, and update grade book in a timely manner

* Apply and follow district cell phone, Chromebook, and other technology policies

* Speak in Spanish!

* Provide additional help when needed outside of class upon request

* Communicate through email, Remind, or by phone when needed

* Update the class calendar with notes, etc.

Parents’ role:

o Support your student, me, and Wade Hampton High School

o Encourage your student to always do his/her best

o Respect the teaching and learning of different cultures

o Communicate questions or concerns
