Our school has partnered with PRISMA Health's Bradshaw Institute for Community Child Health & Advocacy to provide a School-Base health clinic in our school. If you do not have a pediatric home please reach out to us and we will help you get connected. The school-based health clinic is a great resource in our community that comes into our school. The school base clinic offers sports physicals for 7th and 8th-grade students who want to participate in school athletics (with parent consent and consent paperwork).
*Services can be accessed via the PRISMA Health MyChart, for face-to-face and virtual students.
