Meet Ms. Schoon

Welcome to 3rd Grade!  My name is Angela Schoon, and I'm excited to be a part of the Sterling School family. I was born in Iowa, and my family relocated to Florida when I was 4 where I lived until just a few months ago.  I graduated from The University of Florida with my Bachelor's Degree and Master's Degree in Elementary Education. During my 23 year teaching career, I have taught 1st grade, 4th grade, and served as a school-level literacy coach. I believe in building a strong classroom community where learners feel safe to take risks on their educational journey.

I am very excited to meet our Sterling School students and families as we embark on the school year ahead!
