About Me

        My name is Modestah Rivera, and I am so excited to be teaching middle school math this year! This is my fifth year teaching. This will be my second year here at Bryson Middle in 7th grade. I graduated with my bachelor's in Psychology from Campbell University and my master's in Curriculum and Instruction from Western Governors University. 

        I am the mother of a wild 5-year-old who is in kindergarten this year! When I am not teaching, I enjoy cooking, going to the gym to work out, and hiking.
