Hello, students and families! 

I am Ms. Fulmer, and I am so excited to be your 7th grade English teacher this year! This is my second year at Beck Academy, and I couldn’t be happier to be part of this amazing school community. I have been teaching for nine years, mostly English, with a little bit of math thrown in! I am passionate about helping students grow as readers, writers, and thinkers.

I am a proud graduate of the University of South Carolina Upstate, and I am a devoted Gamecocks fan—so you can find me cheering on the team in Columbia every game-day weekend! When I am not teaching, I enjoy diving into a good book, exploring thrift shops, hiking nature trails, practicing yoga, and spending quality time with my two adorable pups.

I am looking forward to a fantastic year ahead filled with engaging lessons, exciting projects, and lots of learning. Let’s make it a great year together!!
