Welcome to Second Grade! 

I hope you are ready for a year filled with growth, fun, and learning!

This is my second year teaching at Oakview Elementary and my fifteenth year as an educator. Throughout my career, I have taught kindergarten, first grade, third grade, and fourth grade, and I am so excited to be teaching second grade this year! I was raised in Greenville, South Carolina, and I have a seven year old son named Hugo, who is just as excited to be in second grade at Oakview this year! In my free time, I enjoy hiking with Hugo and Nina, our German Shepherd, exercising, reading, gardening, cooking, and spending time with my family.

I can't wait to get to know each of you this year! I will do my very best to help you learn, grow, and have a successful school year. My hope is that second grade will be your best year yet!
