This is my 8th year teaching!  I've taught in both Georgia and South Carolina, and have taught both 4th and 5th grade.  This will be my 6th year at Mauldin!  

I graduated from Reinhardt University where I played volleyball and ran track & field.  I have been heavily involved in sports all my life.  My husband played lacrosse at Reinhardt, and that is where we met!

Chase and I have been married since March of 2019, and recently welcomed our daughter into the world in September of 2021.  We have two pets at home: Tybee, a Burnese Mountain Dog/Australian Shepard mix, and Annie, a Siamese cat.  They are both rescues, and we could not be luckier with these two! 

Since my husband and I are both from Atlanta, we LOVE the Georgia Bulldogs, Atlanta Falcons, and the Braves!  We both grew up playing and watching all of the sports. 

I have loved my career in teaching, and cannot wait to continue it this year.  I am a math nerd at heart, and your kids will learn that about me quickly!  I cannot wait to take on this school year with this new group of kids.
