Good Afternoon! Tomorrow we will be starting our "Ancient Civilizations Travel Poster Project". All instructions will be posted in our Google Classroom, as well as being handed out. Students will have until the end of class on Wednesday to complete their projects and then we will present on Thursday/Friday depending on the civilization they are assigned!

After our quiz on Friday, many of you were concerned with the grade you got! Because of this, I will be holding a Quiz Retake on Friday. As part of LMS's Redo, Retake policy, everyone IS eligible to retake the quiz for a better grade on Friday, but I am requiring that all students make and show me flashcards for all of the vocabulary terms BEFORE Friday in order to retake the quiz!
If you have any questions please let me know!

Good Morning!
Today I will be sending all students home with a blue folder, labelled "Social Studies" and a Composition Notebook. Please be sure that you are bringing these two items to class EVERYDAY as we will use them every single day from now until the end of the year!
Also, if you have not returned your signed technology forms, please return those by MONDAY to your homeroom teacher or you will not be able to get a Chromebook from the Library on Tuesday!
Thank you!
-Ms. Childress
