Hello! My name is Kinley Smith, and I was born and raised in Iva, South Carolina. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Art Education and Master of Education degree from Anderson University. I am certified to teach Visual Arts in grades K–12.

I recently got engaged to my fiancé, CJ, and I love spending time with him and our families. Family is very important to me, and I enjoy spending time with my mom, my sister and brother-in-law, and my niece and nephew. 

In my free time, I enjoy creating art, shopping, spending time with family and friends, and finding new creative projects and ideas.

This is my second year teaching Visual Arts at Tanglewood Middle School. I love sharing my passion for art and creativity with my students and watching them develop their skills, discover new interests, and feel proud of what they create. I am excited for another great year at Tanglewood!

¡Hola! Me llamo Kinley Smith; nací y crecí en Iva, Carolina del Sur. Obtuve mi licenciatura en Educación Artística y mi maestría en Educación en la Universidad de Anderson. Cuento con certificación para enseñar Artes Visuales en los grados K-12.

Hace poco me comprometí con mi prometido, CJ, y me encanta pasar tiempo con él y con nuestras familias. La familia es muy importante para mí, y disfruto pasar tiempo con mi madre, mi hermana y mi cuñado, y mis sobrinos.

En mi tiempo libre, disfruto creando arte, yendo de compras, pasando tiempo con familiares y amigos, y buscando nuevas ideas y proyectos creativos.

Este es mi segundo año enseñando Artes Visuales en la escuela secundaria Tanglewood (Tanglewood Middle School). Me encanta compartir mi pasión por el arte y la creatividad con mis alumnos, ver cómo desarrollan sus habilidades, descubren nuevos intereses y se sienten orgullosos de sus creaciones. ¡Estoy muy entusiasmada por vivir otro gran año en Tanglewood!
