Ms. Romero 

Hi families! My name is Ms. Romero and I’m so excited to be your child’s teacher this year! This is my 4th year teaching at Brushy Creek Elementary. I spent my first three years in 2nd grade, and I’m thrilled to begin this new adventure in 3rd grade!

A little about me—although I was born here, I was raised in Mexico until 2nd grade. I graduated from North Greenville University and actually completed my student teaching right here at BCES in 3rd grade with Chelsey Troutman. It truly feels like a full circle moment!

Outside of school, I enjoy hiking, spending time outdoors, reading, and watching movies with my friends and family. I share my home with two cats, Taz and Pantera, and a dog named Moonshine. My fiancé and I are getting married in October of 2026!

I’m looking forward to a fantastic school year filled with growth, learning, and lots of fun!
